Any Refunds on our subscriptions will be minus the cakes received. Refunds will only be issued if 90% of the product is returned to us in the original container and in original condition. No refunds will be issued after 5 business days. Any refunds will be issued on the 15th of the month following your request. Subscription cakes will be shipped once each month.
